We organised an insightful guest lecture under Parwaaz 2026 – The Student Onboarding Programme, providing students with an opportunity to gain practical insights into entrepreneurship, business growth and the journey of transforming ideas into successful ventures.
The resource person for the session was Mr. Anurag Arora, entrepreneur, business and technology strategist, and TEDx and Josh Talks speaker, who addressed the students on the theme “Start to Scale Up: How Businesses Grow from Scratch.”
During his interaction with the students, Mr. Arora shared valuable insights into the realities of building and scaling a business from the ground up. Drawing from his own experiences, he explained that successful businesses are rarely built overnight and require persistence, continuous learning, effective systems, adaptability and a clear vision.
The session offered students a valuable opportunity to understand entrepreneurship from a real-world perspective and encouraged them to look beyond conventional career pathways. Mr. Arora’s message of starting small, learning continuously and building with purpose resonated strongly with the students.
