To bridge the gap between academic innovation and entrepreneurship, our Entrepreneurship Development Cell hosted an MSME Funding Awareness & Facilitation session. It was led by Mr. Pardeep Kumar Verma, Principal Director of CIHT Jalandhar (MSME Technology Center), who provided an in-depth analysis of the current fiscal landscape, explaining various loan schemes, subsidies, and credit facilities offered by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises.
The key highlights of the session included detailed information on central credit schemes and interest subvention programs designed to reduce the financial burden on new businesses, along with step-by-step guidance on application procedures, documentation, and eligibility criteria for government-backed funding.
