Jalandhar, May 16, 2020: A workshop cum online lecture on the topic ‘Digital Detoxification' was organised for all the students and faculty members on 16th May 2020. It was delivered by Sh. B.K. Sanjeev, from Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation.

Jalandhar, Feb 8, 2020: ‘Say No to Plastic’ Awareness Campaign was organised on the occasion of Guru Ravidass Jayanti to create awareness about the negative impact of ‘Single-Use Plastic’ on the environment among the people of the surrounding areas.

Jalandhar, Jan 23, 2020: On the Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the NSS Club of AIMETC organised an interactive 'Yoga Meditation Session' on January 23, 2020. The Resource Persons were: Dr Vinod Paul and Dr Anudeep from Yog Path Santhan. Around 50 students from all courses participated in the event.

Jalandhar, Jan 18, 2020: The students of the NSS Club of AIMETC participated in 'Swach Jalandhar Abhiyaan' in association with Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar. In this campaign from 16-18 January 2020, students spread awareness regarding cleanliness among the people. Around 75 students were part of the drive who carried out this awareness campaign at the Rama Mandi flyover. On the occasion of Republic Day, the students of AIMETC were honoured for their invaluable contribution to the 'Swachh Jalandhar Abhiyaan' by Hon'ble Mayor, Sh. Jagdish Raja at a function held at Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar.
