August 04, 2023: The students of AIMETC enthusiastically attended the Induction programme as they attended a day packed with insightful sessions from the alumni and industry experts. Saurabh Sethi, an alumnus of MBA 2006 batch gave the students tips to succeed in life and any profession that one chooses. Hitesh Dawar, another MCA alumnus, discusses about start-ups and also explained the students the steps to turn a business idea into a successful venture.
Also, the professors from various departments discussed about the research approach, importance of soft skills in professional programmes, elaborated the importance of effective leadership & teamwork, the Department of Student Welfare and National Service Scheme (NSS). They were also apprised about the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) The Institute Innovation Council is an initiative by the Government of India, under the Innovation Cell of the Ministry of Education, to foster innovation and entrepreneurship culture among students and faculty members.
Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director, AIMETC expressed that the primary objective of the Induction Programme at Apeejay is to cultivate a comprehensive approach to education. This approach goes beyond merely achieving academic brilliance and extends to developing vital life skills and hands-on knowledge.
