Our Human Resource Development Cell (HRDC), organised a Faculty Orientation Programme (FOP) on “Quality Assurance through Feedback”. The session was conducted by Dr. Anu Sahi, IQAC Coordinator, who highlighted the importance of systematic feedback as a tool for continuous quality improvement. She explained how feedback from students and stakeholders can help identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for institutional growth.
A key focus was the Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS), which provides insights into teaching methodologies, academic support, learning resources, and the overall student experience. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) was also discussed as a tool to understand stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty.
The FOP emphasised that feedback collection is only the first step. Effective quality assurance requires feedback analysis, corrective action, and communication with stakeholders. Faculty members were encouraged to view feedback as a continuous quality enhancement mechanism rather than merely a compliance requirement.
