December 06, 2022: Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus remembered the contribution and achievements of the renowned Mathematician S Ramanujam. The resource person for the session was Ms Prabhjot Kaur, who encouraged the students to learn from the life of the great mathematician. In his address to the students, Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director AIMETC motivated the students that they should get inspiration from the life of Sir Ramanujam and other such magnificent personalities.

December 28, 2022: AIMETC welcomed the New Year with a recreational programme in which faculty of all three departments namely School of Management, School of Information Technology & School of Engineering enthusiastically. The programme included various games such as Lemon Race, Paper Race, Laughing is banned, Protect your balloon etc. The staff displayed remarkable camaraderie and non-verbal communication skills in the game of Dumb Charade. The faculty had a great time participating in the musical chair. The programme culminated with ‘Tug of War’.

December 26, 2022: The institute conducted the Enrollment process for the students of BCA, MCA, B. Tech, BBA, B. Com and MBA. During the process, physical tests and other activities were carried out. Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director, AIMETC, congratulated and motivated the students to serve the nation by becoming a part of the NCC Wing.

December 06-07, 2022: A two-day annual fiesta titled ‘Apeejay PINNACLE 2022’ commenced at AIMETC with great zeal and enthusiasm. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Sh. Jaspreet Singh, (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar inaugurated the function. The function was attended by a large gathering comprising members of Board of Governors of Apeejay Education, members of the press and some important dignitaries.

Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director, AIMETC presented the achievements of the institute in all the significant KRAs (Key result areas) which are important for overall development of any educational institute. The fiesta began with an exquisite rendition of Krishna Vandana followed by a series of mesmerising performances. The students showed their prowess in events like Solo Singing, Mimicry, Mime, Classical Dance, Folk Dance, Choreography, Ad Mad Show, Group Song and One Minute Show.

November 12, 2022: The Human Resource Club of AIMETC organised a business plan competition. The students of MBA, BBA and B. Com (H) participated with full zeal and enthusiasm in the event. The participants showcased their knowledge on Start-Up Plan, Business Plan, Cost Analysis, Market Understandability, competitors and business environment. The winner was Manya Wadera of MBA-1B. Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director, AIMETC congratulated the students and appreciated their knowledge in the different fields of Human Resource and Leadership.

November 11, 2022: The Literary & Dramatics Club organised a creative and slogan writing competition on the occasion of National Education Day. The themes for creative writing and slogan writing competitions were ‘Education as a Human Right’ and ‘Zoom time to Real time’ respectively.

Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director, AIMETC motivated the students and expressed that “the very purpose of organising such functions is to provide a better platform which helps them to groom their creative skills. These events provide ample opportunities to the students who want to excel in their area of interest.”
