Four students of Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus have been selected in Capital First Bank as Sales Manager. Capital First Bank is one of India’s renowned banks. Dr Rajesh Bagga, Director of the Institute, stated that the students who get hired by such renowned banks, in the very beginning of their careers are sure to have a bright future.
The recruitment process started with a Written Test. The students who cleared this test were selected for Group Discussion. The students who stood out from others in the Group Discussion Session were selected for the Personal Interviews.
Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus Jalandhar celebrated Founder’s Day to pay tribute to Dr Stya Paul, Founder Chairman, Apeejay Education Society. The Founder’s Day celebration started with a beautiful devotional song by Diksha from MBA (I), followed by Pulkit Kanna from MBA (I) who presented a melodious solo song. To commemorate the spirit of Apeejay’s motto ‘Soaring High is My Nature’, special talks were delivered by Kritika from MBA (I) and Shaweta of BCA (III).
Speaking on the occasion, Director, Dr Rajesh Bagga said that Dr Stya Paul, throughout his life, had been an enterprising person, a strong disciplinarian, and a beacon light that steered the Apeejay movement to its present glory. He shared details of Dr Stya Paul’s biography and some of his illustrious achievements with the students. He exhorted the students to help realise the vision of Dr Stya Paul through adopting his qualities like hard work, fearlessness and love for truth. Dr Bagga also read out Chairperson, Apeejay Education Society, Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia’s message.
On this special occasion, Jatin Sharma from MBA (III) was awarded the prestigious ‘Dr Stya Paul Award for Human Values’.
A two-day annual fiesta ‘APEEJAY PINNACLE 2018’ was concluded at Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus, Jalandhar. More than 300 students participated with great gusto in 40 different events organised during this multi-event meet. This grand fiesta encompassed: academic events including Paper Presentation, Quiz, Debate, Net Savvy; cultural events including Skit, Antakshri, One Act Play, Dumb Charade, Debate, Classical Vocal Solo, Balle-Balle, Fashion Show, Duet Song; sports events including Cricket, Volley Ball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Basket Ball and Chess.
The second day of ‘APEEJAY PINNACLE 2018’ began with bhajan rendition and throughout the day there was a spectacular pageant of thrilling competitions. There were ecstatic victories and inspiring moments, which have been etched as unforgettable memories. The Raffle Draw marked the culmination of the two-day multi event meet - PINNACLE.
Jalandhar, Oct. 5, 2018: Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus organised Apeejay Zenith 2018, an inter-school multi-event meet, in its premises. The event comprised various literary, creative and IT competitions. More than 250 students from various schools like Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Apeejay School Mahavir Marg, La Blossoms School, Seth Hukam Chand School, MGN Public School and St. Josephs Convent School, participated in Ithe event. There were competitions which included Spell Bee, Debate, Poetical Recitation, Quiz Competition, Calligraphy, Clay Modelling, Face Painting, Idea Generation, Nail Art, Mehndi, On-the-Spot Painting, Network LAN Gaming and many more.
Jalandhar, Sep. 21, 2018: A Welcome Party ‘Bienvenue’ was organised for the students of MBA at Hotel Petals. The students had a great time singing, dancing and playing games. It was a time for them to develop camaraderie with their seniors, perform various fun activities organised for them and gain confidence.
The ramp walk was a spectacular event in which the girls displayed poise, elegance, style and confidence. The boys too impressed the audience with their wit, style, exuberance and positive attitude in the Question- Answer round.
