Jalandhar, October 4, 2014: The Institute celebrated the 95th birth anniversary of Dr. Stya Paul, Founder President, Apeejay Education Society wherein a special programme was organised which commenced with offering Shraddhanjali to Dr. Stya Paul. Few of the favourite bhajans of Dr. Stya Paul were also presented by the students. This was followed by the address of the Institute's Director about the life and achievements of Dr. Stya Paul. A short cultural programme on the theme 'Soaring High Is My Nature' was organised by the students on this special day. Ms Puneet Kaur Sandhu of MBA was the proud recipient of 'Dr. Stya Paul Award for Moral Values' for 2014. A special message, on behalf of Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia, President, Apeejay Education Society, was also read out and shared with the students. Students were motivated to strive for excellence in their studies and future career. They were also motivated to follow Dr. Stya Paul’s footprints and imbibe such values as hard work, sincerity and dedication.

Jalandhar, Oct. 28, 2014: AIMETC organized IT Hunt 2014 on 28th October at the campus. Teams from 10 different colleges participated in events like Logic Testing, IT Quiz, Net Savvy etc. More than 90 students and 20 faculty members from various colleges along with the students and faculty of AIMETC were present in the event.

Jalandhar, Oct. 2, 2014: A Clean India Campaign was organised at Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus on October 2, 2014 on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti. The campaign started with an oath taking ceremony where the students, staff, faculty and Director of the institution pledged that they would spread the message of clean and beautiful India among all. They also committed not to throw garbage or waste on roads and streets and make the biggest democracy of the world, a beautiful and clean nation as well. A Poster Making Competition was also organised on the occasion.The students displayed various posters highlighting the significance of cleanliness.

The institute also committed that it would make sure that the one and a half kilometre national highway , adjoining the institute, is regularly cleaned and maintained by the institution.
